The Department of Education was given status of Institute of Education in the year 2023. We aim to contribute towards the establishment of a knowledge-based economy with upward social mobility by producing reflective, critical and professional educators as well as managers who are academically sound, pedagogically skilled and responsive to the needs of youth and society in regional, national and global scenarios. We have liaison with all federal and provincial Departments of Education and all the public and private sector universities in Pakistan.
